Ingredients
1 14 lbs (575 g)
pork loin roast
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp
vegetable oil
12 cup
Mulled Apple Juice, prepared
14 cup

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Season pork with Black Pepper. Sear pork 2 min per side, or until lightly browned. Remove from heat, carefully add juice and broth into pan.
  3. Place pan in oven; bake 15–20 min, or until the internal temperature has reached at least 145° F.
  4. Slice pork into thin medallions and serve with a generous drizzle of cooking liquid.
Tips

Double this recipe to have extra for mouthwatering braised pork sandwiches.

Serve with 12 cup cooked rice and 1 cup steamed vegetables.
