It’s easier to buy a box of graham crackers…but these are naturally flavoured and so much tastier!


Ingredients
2 14 cups
whole wheat flour
13 cup
brown sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
package (one or another):
Cinnamon Cinnamon
Apple Pie SpiceApple Pie Spice
12 tsp
baking soda
12 tsp
Sea Salt
34 cup
butter, cold, cut into cubes
14 cup
molasses
2 tbsp
milk
2 tsp
vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Add the first six ingredients to an electric mixer and pulse to combine.
  3. Add the butter and pulse until it’s the consistency of cornmeal.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
  5. On a floured board, roll out to 1.3" thick. Cut into squares and place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Use a fork to poke decorative holes into cookies.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges darken.
